Savvy Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Savvy account, email [email protected] from the email address on file with your account. Include your full legal name, the phone number associated with your account, and a statement that you want your account closed and your personal information deleted.

Do not include your Social Security number, passwords, or account numbers in your email. We don't need them to process a deletion request and will never ask for them.

We'll confirm receipt of your request, verify your identity, and close your account. As a registered investment advisor, Savvy is required by SEC record-keeping rules to retain certain client records for a set period after an account closes, including records of your advisory relationship, transactions, and communications. That information is retained only as long as the law requires, protected under our security policies, and then securely disposed of.
