Luis Rosa

Hello, I'm Luis. I work with Latino executives who've built serious careers and need a wealth strategy sophisticated enough to match — equity compensation, tax strategy, and long-term planning, guided by someone who understands both the technical side and the experience of being first.

Client Service Associate
I’m a Client Service Associate with three years of industry experience, focused on delivering thoughtful, detail-driven support to both clients and advisors. I’m a proud Purdue University graduate and hold my Series 7 and SIE licenses, giving me a strong foundation in both service and securities. Originally from Atlanta, I recently traded peaches for palm trees and now call Orlando home. When I’m not supporting clients, you can usually find me spending time with my fiancé, Bailey, and our two dogs cheering on some football games!
I love giving clients the clarity to focus on living their lives — and building long-term relationships where I get to watch them grow closer to their goals.

I came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic at age 11. As an immigrant, I had to learn two languages: English, and money — and there was no one at home who could teach me the second one. That's exactly why I do this work today. Most of the Latino executives I work with are also the first in their family to reach this level — the first to navigate equity comp, the first with a real estate portfolio, the first making decisions with no blueprint to follow. I know that experience firsthand, and I bring real technical depth to match it. My parents instilled hard work and education as the path forward, and I've built my practice around that same belief — except now, "success" isn't just the goal. It's the starting point we build a strategy from.
How did you become a financial advisor?
I graduated college with a degree in Economics and had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, other than I liked people and numbers. I was introduced to a financial planner that worked with a CPA partner and he was looking for a part-time associate. I started working with them immediately and fell in love with financial planning once I saw the positive impact it has in clients' lives.
What types of clients do you work with?
I work with Latino senior executives — the first in their families to reach this level of income and leadership. They're navigating equity compensation, complex tax decisions, and the responsibility of building wealth without a family blueprint for it. They want to work with a strategist who understands both the technical complexity of their financial life and what it means to be "the first."
What areas of expertise do you have?
I became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional to bring real technical depth to First Gen executives building serious wealth — equity compensation, tax strategy, and long-term planning built around where you are now, not where you started. I'm also an IRS Enrolled Agent, and I integrate tax planning directly into the financial planning process to help clients optimize investments and revenue streams.
What kinds of strategies do you help clients with?
I help clients get organized, get clarity, and implement actionable steps to pursue their goals. Tax planning is a key piece of what I usually help clients with because it is a very forward looking approach.
What is your favorite part of working with clients?
I love giving clients the clarity to focus on living their lives — and building long-term relationships where I get to watch them grow closer to their goals.
What is it like partnering with Savvy?
I love the team approach and the resources provided. Savvy is a technology forward company that has a great culture. I love how Savvy empowers advisors to do the best work they can for their clients.
