Aaron Gibbs
Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Wealth Manager with Palladian Asset Management based in Richmond, Virginia. I help clients with retirement planning, investment management, income planning, individual retirement accounts, company retirement accounts, and general investing.
I believe strong planning starts with listening. Once I understand what clients want to accomplish, I help build strategies tailored to their goals and revisit those goals throughout the relationship.
"I listen closely to what clients want, then build a portfolio and planning strategy around their goals."
Our Team

Palladian Asset Management was built around a simple idea: that a small number of families, served well, is the best way to do this work. We are advisors, fiduciaries, and long-term partners, not a sales channel.
How can I help?
Retirement Planning
Investment Management
End-to-end investment management focused on tailoring portfolios to each client's specific circumstances and preferences. Our holistic approach will take into consideration all facets of your situation along with current economic data to optimize your portfolio's risk and return.
Income Planning
Understand your income with an annual plan showing where cash flow is generated, and why. This weaves together Restricted Stock Units (RSU) flows, stock option exercises, long-term capital gains, Roth Conversions, etc.
Employer-Sponsored Plans
With streamlined plan management, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for business owners and participants. Serving as a 3(38) Investment Fiduciary, Savvy assumes full responsibility for the selection and oversight of funds and model portfolios, thereby mitigating plan liability risks for the plan sponsor.
