How did you become a financial advisor?

After studying Business Management with concentrations in marketing and finance, I began my career in banking and later transitioned into small business venture capital.

While working with business owners, I noticed that many faced challenges in their businesses because their personal finances lacked a stable foundation. I spoke with my own financial advisor about the work and decided to make the transition into financial planning. After seven years in the financial industry, I became a financial advisor at age 28 and have continued on that path ever since.

What areas of expertise do you have?

My work includes retirement planning, tax-aware income distribution, military retiree benefits, divorce transition planning, cash flow management, risk management, and estate protection.

I help clients understand how these areas work together so they can make informed decisions based on their needs, priorities, and circumstances.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with retirees, people preparing for retirement, couples, women, individuals navigating divorce, and small business owners. Many of my clients are working through an important life transition or want a clearer understanding of how their financial decisions connect.

What types of strategies do you usually help clients with?

I frequently help clients with wealth accumulation, retirement transitions, retirement income distribution, cash flow planning, estate protection, and tax-aware financial decisions.

The process begins with understanding the client’s current financial picture and the life they want to support. From there, we evaluate their options and create a coordinated plan that can be reviewed as their circumstances change.

Is there a unique approach that sets you apart?

I want every client to feel that their questions, concerns, and goals matter, regardless of their financial situation.

I focus on being approachable and present complex concepts in language that is easier to understand. I begin by listening carefully, then help the client evaluate options and determine a path that reflects their priorities.

What is your favorite part about working with clients?

My favorite part is getting to know clients on a personal level and seeing them reach goals they may not have thought were possible.

Financial planning is about more than numbers. It is about understanding what people care about and helping them make decisions that support their lives, families, and future plans.
