Lauren Lindsay, CFPÂŽ
Financial Planning has been my career for 28 years and it is not just my job, it is my passion. I help my clients navigating life transitions make sense of their financial lives with clear, personal planning. Before becoming a financial planner, I was an English teacher. That background still shapes how I work today. I take the time to explain financial decisions in plain language, answer questions without judgment, and build plans that reflect each clientâs goals, values, and real life.
My role is to help clients understand their options, make thoughtful decisions, and build a plan that helps them achieve their financial goals
Our Team
At Paragon, we believe financial planning works best when everything is connected. That means your investments, your taxes, and your long-term goals are all working in sync.
Our team focuses on bringing structure and clarity to complex financial lives, helping you make informed decisions with a steady, thoughtful approach. We intentionally keep our client relationships personal, so we can understand the details that matter and build plans that reflect them.
Our Team
At Colorado Wealth Group, our philosophy is simple: provide clear, fiduciary-based financial planning and investment guidance. We focus on understanding what matters most to each client and delivering thoughtful, disciplined advice to support informed financial decisions. Many of our clients come to us after managing their own investments and deciding to work with a fiduciary adviser for added perspective and clarity.

I left teaching when I was 28 and took a role at Putnam Investments in Boston, answering calls from clients in 401(k) plans. I quickly realized finance was a language I could not only learn but translate for others, and that my teaching background could help me explain challenging concepts in a way people could understand. Putnam supported me in earning my CFPÂŽ, and that set the course for the rest of my career.
My work centers on comprehensive fee-only financial planning. I also bring a background in 401(k) plans, employee benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs, and I regularly lead seminars for women's groups and schools to help them build financial confidence.
I work with individuals, couples, small business owners, and people who value a fee-based planning relationship. I also enjoy working with women, including those who are widowed, divorced, or never married.
I focus on tax planning and optimization because they are crucial aspects to consider when managing your finances. By strategizing efficient ways to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings, my clients can plan for the future. Additionally, I also help clients with retirement planning, Investment management, and cash flow planning because they are essential for maintaining a healthy financial balance.
I help clients with goals-based comprehensive planning. That often includes retirement planning, cash flow, benefits decisions, income planning, and organizing the moving pieces of their financial lives.
As a former teacher, I naturally approach financial planning through education and communication. I enjoy helping clients understand the âwhyâ behind decisions instead of simply telling them what to do. I also bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to relationships, because financial planning is personal and every clientâs situation is different.
I love helping people figure out what success looks like for them. Every person is different, and the planning should meet them where they are.
I appreciate Savvyâs support and technology, along with the ability to offer a fee-only planning experience that keeps the focus on clients and their goals.
