Meet the people behind Savvy

Founder & CEO
Ritik Malhotra is a repeat technical founder with two prior exits (one to Box in 2014 and one to Brex in 2019). Most recently he was Director of Product Management at Brex where he started and built Brex Cash, Brex’s second business line after the corporate card. He’s now building Savvy, a tech-enabled wealth management firm. Ritik is a Y Combinator and Thiel Fellowship alum and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley. Since founding Savvy Wealth, and its affiliate RIA, Savvy Advisors, Ritik has led the development of an AI-driven technology solution that not only simplifies advisors' day to day, but also reduces friction in client engagement.

Chief Operating Officer
Amir Har-El leads Operations at Savvy, bringing with him over a decade of experience operating and leading teams at high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Savvy, Amir led revenue growth and profitability efforts at DoorDash and portfolio strategy initiatives at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Amir began his career as a proprietary equities trader, focusing on US and Canadian markets. Amir received his B.S. from the University of Maryland and his MBA from NYU Stern, where he was a Harvey Beker and Money Marketeers Scholar. Amir lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife and three kids.

General Counsel
Lisandra Wilmott joined Savvy to lead its legal operations and compliance program, including supporting advisors as they join Savvy’s RIA platform. She joins after 20+ years of practicing law, representing wealth management firms on several issues, including but not limited to regulatory enforcement, litigation matters and mergers and acquisitions etc.

Chief Investment Officer
Anshul Sharma is Chief Investment Officer at Savvy Wealth, where he oversees the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio design, and platform innovation. He partners across product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver portfolios that take a methodological approach to balance customization with scalability for advisors and their clients. Before joining Savvy, Anshul spent nearly two decades at Bank of America, where he managed the Chief Investment Office’s Sustainable Model Portfolio Suite, launched new proprietary offerings, and, as Head of Alternative Investment Strategy, provided guidance and thought leadership to advisors around hedge fund, private market, and real asset strategies. He began his career as an Investment Strategist at U.S. Trust, designing multi-asset portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Anshul holds a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Lehigh University. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player, enjoys time with his wife, two sons, and their Bernedoodle, and is an auto enthusiast who loves cooking and travel.

Chief Growth Officer
David Weiner is the Chief Growth Officer at Savvy Wealth. He has experience in joining early-stage companies, particularly building go-to-market machines. More specifically, he has spent the past 15+ years at the intersection of legacy industries - real estate, IT, automotive, and wealth management - and digital transformation. David is a lead-by-example senior sales executive known for his belief that investing in people, culture, and innovation is the foundation of business success. With a proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-growth sales teams, David has experience that seeks to combine tactical execution with strategic thinking to drive rapid and sustained revenue growth. A natural builder, David excels at crafting and executing sales strategies while leading high-performing teams to exceed ambitious targets. He tackles big challenges and creates thoughtful, actionable solutions. He is passionate about developing people with a leadership style that empowers individuals to thrive, and in turn, he helps transform good companies into great ones. David is a father of twins - Lucas and Avery - and husband to Sloane. Everything he does focuses on finding ways to provide for them, be a role model, and spend time with them.

Chief Technology Officer
Eric Hurkman is the Chief Technology Officer at Savvy, where he leads the development of its AI-powered platform to enhance financial advisor efficiency and client experiences. With over a decade of experience in fintech, he previously served as VP of Engineering at Carta, driving venture capital solutions, and was CTO at Say Technologies, acquired by Robinhood. Hurkman also held leadership roles at DrChrono and Maven Clinic, building scalable technology solutions. His experience focuses on product innovation, AI integration, and team expansion to modernize wealth management.

Sr. Director, Marketing & Revenue Operations
Steven Cherucheril is the Head of Marketing at Savvy, where he leads go-to-market strategy and oversees Savvy’s internal marketing agency, helping advisors attract new clients. Prior to Savvy, Steven was part of the M&A and growth team at Thrasio, an e-commerce aggregator, and before that spent several years in management consulting at West Monroe working with technology companies.

Sr. Director, Finance
Alice serves as Sr. Director, Finance at Savvy, where she oversees the firm's financial operations — from capital raising and management to the infrastructure and reporting that support scalable growth. This year her focus has been on building out Savvy's finance systems and leading the AI and data initiatives that make the firm's numbers faster to produce and easier to act on. Before joining Savvy, Alice built her career in finance and high-growth start-ups, including roles at Lazard, Oaktree, and Dandy. Outside work, she enjoys tending her garden and skiing in the wintertime. In the summer, you may find her taking an afternoon nap with her dog in Prospect Park.

VP of People and Talent
Rasika Rajagopalan is the VP of People & Talent at Savvy Wealth, where she leads the company's people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives. Over the past decade, she has built and scaled high-performing teams across technology companies at a variety of stages. Prior to Savvy, Rasika was an early member of the founding team at Pacaso, the luxury second-home marketplace founded by former Zillow CEO and co-founder Spencer Rascoff and co-founder Austin Allison. She helped scale the company from approximately 30 to more than 350 employees globally as it became the fastest company to reach unicorn status and achieved a valuation of over $1.5 billion. Before Pacaso, Rasika held People roles at high-growth consumer and B2B SaaS startups, including Curology, helping organizations build the teams and operating foundations needed to scale.
