FAQ
Savvy's client service team handles the full client lifecycle, including account openings, ACATs (account transfers between firms), address changes, and money movements. Investment decisions, trading, and financial planning creation are handled by other dedicated Savvy teams, so advisors aren't carrying back-office work alone.
Yes. Every Savvy advisor has an Advisor Experience Manager as an ongoing advocate for issues ranging from technology setup to payout questions, plus a Client Service Associate for day-to-day servicing. Both are reachable directly over Slack, so questions don't sit in a ticket queue.
A Transition Onboarding Manager guides each advisor through their initial move to Savvy, while Savvy's compliance team handles U4 filings, Form ADV Part 2B filings, and custodian registration in parallel. Most advisors complete their transition to Savvy in 1 to 3 months, depending on their situation and custodian.
Support scales with practice size at Savvy. Every advisor has access to a Client Service Associate, and a fully dedicated 1:1 CSA is available for larger practices. An Advisor Experience Manager can help determine what level of support fits a specific book of business.
Advisors on Savvy help shape the platform directly through feedback, rather than using a product handed down from a vendor. Every quarter, Savvy builds new features that advisors on the platform have specifically requested, creating a community advisors help build together.
