Conrad Levesque, CPA, CFPĀ®, CEPA
Hi, Iām Conrad. Iām a financial advisor based in Marietta, Georgia and the founder of DELVR Wealth. I work with business owners, high-earning families, and legacy-minded individuals who want more than investment management alone. My approach centers on comprehensive financial planning, with a strong focus on tax optimization, business owner planning, and long-term legacy strategies.
Before becoming a financial advisor, I spent years working with tax clients and kept hearing questions that called for broader financial guidance. That experience shaped the way I work today. I help clients connect the dots across their business, personal finances, and long-term goals so they can make informed decisions and spend more time on what matters most to them.
āI help clients simplify complex financial decisions by serving as a planning partner across their business, taxes, wealth, and legacy goals.ā

I was working with CPA clients and kept getting questions that I thought a financial advisor should be answering. What I found was that many people had someone managing investments, but they were not receiving the broader advice they really needed. That led me to expand into comprehensive wealth management so I could help clients make more informed decisions across their full financial lives.
I draw on more than 20 years of experience serving tax clients, along with my work as a CPA, CFPĀ®, and CEPA. A major area of focus is helping business owners understand and improve the value of their business while protecting that value within their overall financial picture. I also work closely with high-earning families on tax planning, cash flow, and long-term wealth decisions.
I primarily work with business owners, high-earning accumulator families, and legacy-minded individuals. Many of my clients are looking for a more coordinated approach that brings together business planning, tax strategy, wealth planning, and long-term family goals.
I focus on tax planning and optimization because they are crucial aspects to consider when managing your finances. By strategizing efficient ways to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings, my clients can plan for the future. Additionally, I also help clients with retirement planning, Investment management, and cash flow planning because they are essential for maintaining a healthy financial balance.
I often help business owners with value enhancement planning designed to strengthen and clarify the value of their business over time. I also help clients deploy excess cash in tax-aware ways that support long-term accumulation and flexibility. For legacy-minded individuals and families, I regularly work on charitable planning, Roth conversion strategies, and multi-generational planning.
The breadth of my background shapes the way I work with clients. I take a high-touch approach and often serve as a central planning partner who helps coordinate across the many moving parts of a clientās financial life. My goal is to help clients stay focused on what matters most to them instead of feeling like they need to become specialists in every financial topic.
I value being part of my clientsā lives in a meaningful way. Over time, you get to see both the milestones and the challenges, and that creates a relationship that goes beyond a typical service model. It is rewarding to see the impact of good planning and to know the work we do supports real decisions and real life.
Savvy gives me access to a modern platform that supports a more connected planning experience for clients. It helps streamline the advisory process so I can stay focused on delivering thoughtful guidance and coordinating the different pieces of a clientās financial life.
