Alice Yu
I serve as Head of Finance & Business Operations at Savvy, where I oversee the firm's financial operations and the post-sales journey for our advisors. In this role, I ensure our strategy supports scalable growth while also driving initiatives that enhance advisor satisfaction. My work spans optimizing internal processes, improving cross-team collaboration, and supporting the company's financial well-being.
Before joining Savvy, I built my career in finance and high-growth start-ups — including roles at Lazard, Oaktree, and Dandy. Over time I’ve developed experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and general business operations.
Outside work, I enjoy tending my garden and skiing in the wintertime. In the summer, you may find me taking an afternoon nap with my dog in Prospect Park.
