What Shipped Last Week: Investment Proposal Improvements

Two updates to the Investment Proposal workflow just went live, both driven by advisor feedback on reducing friction between document intake and proposal delivery.

• Direct File Uploads: You can now upload files directly into the proposal flow, you're no longer limited to statements stored in Box. Whether you're working with documents from other sources, you can bring them right into the workflow without extra steps.
• Ticker Editing Improvements: We've made some usability improvements to the ticker editing functionality, particularly around how invalid tickers are handled during document extraction. Things should feel noticeably smoother when corrections are needed in that part of the flow.

What's in Progress: Tasks Reimagined

Over the next few weeks we're rolling out three major task improvements advisors have been asking for:

• Flexible Tasks: Assign general tasks to yourself and your team or assign one-off tasks to your clients outside of the standard forms.
• Better Access: Filter and sort by status, assignee, household, category, and priority. Find what you need fast.
• Calendar View: See tasks alongside your calendar. Plan your week better.

What's Coming in Q2: Advanced Task Features

• Recurring Tasks: Automate repetitive work and save time on routine activities.
• Subtasks: Break down complex projects into manageable steps.
• Customizable Workflows: Adapt task statuses and processes to your practice.
• Household Service Calendars: Build custom service calendars and quickly apply them to individual clients and tagged groups.

Introducing Canny: Your Voice, Savvy's Roadmap

This week we launched Canny, a new feedback platform where you can submit feature requests, see how we're prioritizing, and vote on what matters most. This brings transparency into our product roadmap and shows how your voice shapes what we build.
