Hello 👋🏼 I’m Steve. I specialize in investment management, retirement planning, and portfolio strategies tailored to help individuals, families, and small business owners achieve their goals. Many of my clients are saving for retirement or their children’s education, while others are already in retirement, focused on protecting their wealth and creating a reliable income stream. I also partner with business owners to design and manage workplace retirement plans that support both them and their employees.
My approach is methodical and personalized, ensuring every plan reflects each client’s unique needs. At the heart of my work is building lasting relationships and helping people move forward with confidence.

At Mosaic Wealth Advisors, our philosophy centers on "Every Piece Matters". We believe effective financial planning goes beyond investments and insurance. Many advisors can focus primarily on product sales, but we take a comprehensive approach that considers taxes, estate planning, risk management, career decisions, and family dynamics. We also prioritize education, taking time to explain the what, when, where, and why of every recommendation. Our team includes advisors with specialized backgrounds in tax planning (CPA), healthcare professions, and life transitions, allowing us to bring relevant experience to complex situations.

Get to know Steve
Steve works with individuals, families, and business owners in the areas of financial planning, investment and portfolio management, and retirement services. His primary clients are those saving for their retirement and their children’s education, as well as those in retirement working to both protect their investments and generate a consistent retirement income stream. Steve also works extensively with small business owners and their employees to design, implement and manage workplace retirement plans.
Steve is a 1986 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors in Communications. He also graduated from Wheaton College Graduate School in 1990 with a Masters in International Relations. His credentials from the American College for Financial Services include the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
Steve is passionate about international missions and has traveled to 30 countries, often in the role of providing aid and relief services. His past experience includes working with the International Red Cross and the US government response team for domestic disasters.
Steve resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife, Susan, and together they have five children and 4 grandchildren. Steve and Susan enjoy traveling and gardening and Steve is an avid hiker and adventurer, including summiting Kilimanjaro, hiking to Everest Base Camp, and traversing the Grand Canyon.
