Jackie Kelly, AFC®
Hi 👋🏼 I’m Jackie. As an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®), military spouse, and successful career-changer, I bring both expertise and empathy to help women navigate life’s financial crossroads. At Sorelle Wealth Partners, I focus on empowering women to dream boldly and move forward with clarity and confidence. I combine my background as a wealth manager with my AFC® training to create practical, values-driven strategies that help clients build a strong financial foundation, embrace new opportunities, and chart a future that feels truly their own.
Having spent years alongside military families, I also have specialized knowledge of military and DoD pensions, retirement systems, and survivor benefits—complex areas where guidance can make all the difference.
I partner with clients to design strategies for income planning, retirement security, investment growth, and navigating life’s transitions.
Our Team
Sara, Susan, and Jackie, colleagues for years, founded Sorelle Wealth Partners to make a meaningful impact on women’s lives and to help them create financial plans to achieve their goals with confidence. They each have their areas of focus and different backgrounds in the wealth management space but share the mission of partnering with women to take ownership in their finances. In addition to working with women, many of their clients include couples, families, and men who are interested in taking a more holistic, coaching-based approach.

Get to know Jackie
Jackie brings both technical expertise and personal empathy to helping women navigate life’s changes through financial planning. Her experience as a wealth manager, military spouse, and Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) provides a strong foundation for her work as a financial advisor.Â
She focuses on creating practical, values-based strategies that help clients build a strong financial foundation, embrace new opportunities, and plan for the future. Jackie’s specialized knowledge in pensions, retirement systems, and survivor benefits - particularly for military and Department of Defense (DoD) families - adds another layer of guidance for clients who face these unique financial considerations. She enjoys helping clients with an array of needs, including holistic financial planning, retirement planning, goal setting, coaching, and investment strategy. Her goal is to ensure finances aren’t just managed but aligned with what matters most.
When she’s not working, you may find her on a tennis court, where she reminds herself with every missed swing (which happens often!) that “mistakes make you better.” Jackie loves that challenge of being a lifelong learner - on and off the court. She also enjoys cooking, traveling (especially to Europe where she has family), and spending time with her husband and father in their countryside property, where she can slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

While earning my undergraduate degree, I took an elective course on personal finance that sparked a lasting interest. Years later, I pursued the path fully - first becoming an Accredited Financial Counselor ®, then completing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ curriculum while working as a para-planner, financial planner, and wealth manager. Today, as a partner at Sorelle Wealth Partners, I get to combine technical expertise with the heart of coaching to support clients through life’s transitions.
My expertise ranges, covering holistic financial planning, retirement & income planning (including military/DoD retirement systems & survivor benefits), goal setting, and behavioral coaching, and investment management.
I primarily partner with women navigating major life transitions, such as divorce, widowhood, career-changes, or retirement. I also work with couples and families who are seeking a more values-driven, holistic financial planning approach.
I focus on tax planning and optimization because they are crucial aspects to consider when managing your finances. By strategizing efficient ways to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings, my clients can plan for the future. Additionally, I also help clients with retirement planning, Investment management, and cash flow planning because they are essential for maintaining a healthy financial balance.
I partner with clients to design strategies for income planning, retirement security, investment growth, and navigating life’s transitions. That might mean making sense of pension decisions, preparing for a new chapter, or finding ways to align money with personal values. My goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and peace of mind—so clients can focus on what matters most in their lives.
Yes, I strive to align personal values with financial planning; embracing a behavioral and coaching-informed approach that addresses both the numbers and the emotions behind them. My military family background also allows me to bring empathy and specialized insight to clients facing complex pension and retirement systems.
I love watching clients gain confidence and control over their finances - especially when they achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. For me, it’s about creating peace of mind, clarity, and the space to dream bigger.
